This special rescue shares a vision of helping older cats in Monterey County live out their remaining years in a safe, secure and loving home.

Their mission is to be a resource and advocate for older cats in Monterey County who are at risk of euthanasia in shelters or whose guardians who can no longer care for them. Golden Oldies Cat Rescue helps senior cats go into temporary foster homes while waiting for forever homes to ensure they have a good quality of life.
